Kode Network – Decentralized Video transcoding
We are helping kode.network transition Qencode, their cloud-based video transcoding service into a completely decentralized blockchain based solution.
Wrote the technical portion of the Kode Network whitepaper
Developed the Kode ERC20 token for their planned Initial Exchange offering. This is also used to request and pay for video transcoding on the network.
Implemented Job Manager Smart contracts responsible for the posting of new jobs, the bidding and auctioning of work and the posting of Job results.
Built distributed system which involved Orchestrators, Worker Nodes, Ethereum blockchain, RabbitMQ messaging system and Restful API services
Repurposing the network to accommodate not just Video transcoding but any kind of GPU-intensive jobs like Machine learning and Image Rendering
Executed proof-of-concept runs for both Machine learning and Video transcoding jobs across vast.ai GPU machines and anonymous Multi-GPU rigs.
Building ‘computer vision as a service’ prototype that will run on the Kode decentralized netork.
We were an integral part of the entire development process starting from authoring the technical parts of the Kode whitepaper, to architecture, design and implementation of the decentralized system.
FABRK – Decentralized Social network
We are helping kode.network transition Qencode, their cloud-based video transcoding service into a completely decentralized blockchain based solution.

We contributed to the technical part of their whitepaper
We are helping them modify EOS’ delegated proof of stake algorithm to factor in account ‘importance’ (as defined by a proprietary formula developed by the fabrk team) in addition to token balance, in the voting weightage process (block producer election)
We are helping them deploy and experiment with new consensus algorithms on an EOS testnet maintained by us
We are helping them with Ethereum smart contract development and associated infrastructure and scripts to help them with their Initial Exchange Offering (IEO), ERC20 token, Vesting schedules, Time lock contracts and others.
We helped them with their choice of open source blockchain software, on which to base their new blockchain. EOS was the choice.
We are augmenting the blockchain data structure to include a social graph of an accounts connections. We are also adding an account importance mapping similar to account balances.
We are helping develop full stack proof-of-concept mobile apps based on ioS, Android w/ django backend API services that interact with our EOS blockchain nodes.
